What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com with all relevant details.

How can I edit my shipping address?
For corrections to your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com. We’ll attempt to make adjustments before your order is dispatched. Changes cannot be made once an order is on its way.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
We ensure every item is inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If any item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com for a replacement.

What’s the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order through the "Track It" link in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I use multiple promotion codes?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined in a single transaction.

Can I order in-store?
Yes, our stockists are listed on our website.

SHIPPING

Can you explain shipping and costs?
We ship across all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.

When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days, while priority shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We prioritize supporting female-driven, clean-living small businesses as our shipping partners.

RETURNS

How does the MG 30-day trial work?
Experience our lipsticks for 30 days. If you're not in love, return it with no questions asked. To initiate a return, email letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Returns require sending back the item (empty or partially used) at your expense. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt. This policy is effective for all orders since April 13, 2020, excluding bulk or orders of more than 6 lipsticks.

What is your return policy?
Products must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be accepted. Begin the return process by emailing letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com.

Can I exchange my product?
Yes. If the color isn’t right, return the unused lipstick in its original packaging. Faulty items are eligible for a refund or replacement. Start an exchange by contacting letskiss@madamegabrielabeauty.com. Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are not covered.

Our collection is free from harmful chemicals, emphasizing clean beauty.

Why isn’t Madame Gabriela makeup vegan?
We use Manuka honey, a product from bees, making our collection non-vegan due to its animal-derived ingredient.

Is Manuka honey special?
Absolutely. Our Manuka honey from New Zealand is renowned for its unique benefits and is a key ingredient in our lipsticks, enhancing their healthful properties without adding stickiness.

Does organic and clean certification matter?
Yes, it's crucial. Our mission to provide the best in clean beauty is supported by using high-quality, certified organic ingredients, ensuring our products are safe and effective.

Does Madame Gabriela test on animals?
No. We are committed to cruelty-free practices, certified by Leaping Bunny, ensuring no harm to animals at any stage of our product development.

Where do the raw ingredients come from?
We source our ingredients from countries that uphold ethical trade practices, ensuring purity and quality.

Where do your color pigments come from?
Our colors are derived from natural mineral dyes and FDA-approved food-grade dyes, avoiding harmful chemicals and ensuring safety and integrity.

Are your products safe for everyone?
While suitable for all skin types, we advise not applying our products to infants or those with severe allergies to pollen or honey.

What about plastics?
Our commitment to the environment includes aluminum lipstick tubes and eco-conscious packaging, aiming to reduce plastic waste and support sustainability.
